About us
Somi Clinic was founded in 1995. in the town of Samokov by Doctor Lian Somi. From then until today, the team of the clinic takes care of thousands of beautiful and healthy smiles of patients from different parts of the country and abroad.
After his daughter, Dr. Rima Somi, completes her education and internship at the German university “WWU Münster”, she wishes to develop her passion for aesthetic medicine. Then came the idea of a second clinic, but with a location in Sofia, aimed specifically at aesthetic medicine and dentistry. Doctor Lian Somi fully supports her and in 2022 the Somi clinic in the city of Sofia opens its doors. Thanks to this, all of you today can touch the passion and creativity of Dr. Rima Somi and her team.

In loving memoryDr. Lian Somi - a dental doctor specializing in implantology, established the Family Dental Clinic dr. Somi Clinic in 2006.
Born in Qamishli, Syria, since 1986 he lives in Bulgaria. In 1995, he completed his in-depth education at the Dental School of Dental Medicine in Sofia, Bulgaria During his 21 years of practice in his own clinic in Samokov, Dr. Somi strives to provide his patients with the most comprehensive cosmetic dentistry services.
He is a member of the Bulgarian Dental Union and the Bulgarian Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry.
Acquired postgraduate qualifications in Bulgaria and abroad in aesthetic dentistry and implantology. Dr. Somi has participated in a number of dental symposia and congresses not only in Bulgaria, but also abroad.
Thanks to his competence and extraordinary humanity, Dr. Somi has won the trust of many Bulgarian and foreign patients living in England, Germany, USA, Belgium, Ireland and Scotland.
Long-term practice and highly qualified expertise of Dr. Somi, combined with modern technologies applied with high-quality, latest equipment with which the clinic is equipped, are a prerequisite not only for accurate diagnosis and successful implementation of clinical processes, but also for a creative approach to the needs of each patient for the sake of his full life and beautiful smile.

Dr. Rima Somi is a renowned specialist in the world of aesthetics in Bulgaria. Through various training and courses abroad, she continuously enriches her knowledge and refines her skills, keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in aesthetic medicine.Born in Sofia, Dr. Somi completed her education in dental medicine and her internship at the University of Münster, Germany (Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, WWU), which provided her with a valuable combination of international experience and professionalism. After ten years abroad, in 2022, she decided to return to work in her homeland, and currently, she monthly visits the clinic in Münster, Germany, as a guest doctor.
Guided by her creative thinking and love for art, she discovered her true calling in aesthetic medicine, where she combines her medical knowledge with her sense of beauty and harmony. Dr. Somi stands out not only for the impressive results she achieves for her patients but also for her sincere dedication to helping them realize their desired appearance and confidence.
